Products Replacement Policy
If you are having problems with the product after you have opened the package and started using the product, please get in touch with us immediately. Please note that it takes 1 or 2 days to collect the faulty items and send the replacement.
If the product has stopped working, like tank devices or pod system devices not disposable, within 30 days of its purchase, we will replace the product free of charge, and you have to provide us a purchase proof. However, we can’t replace the product if the product has been used or damaged through misuse. In that case, you will need to pay for the product replacement. Please note that the reserve will be made within three working days of receiving the product back.
If you buy a vape product that is more than a month old, then king vape Dubai is not responsible for the Refund, Replacement, or fixing it.
